You cannot compare our DIY Lash Extensions to traditional lash extensions, as our products are always applied under the lash line and we guarantee a hold of up to 7 days.
Are the lashes made from animal hair?
No, all our products are vegan and cruelty-free.
Are international shipments possible?
Currently, we only deliver to Germany, Austria and Switzerland:

Can I return the goods?
Since these are hygiene articles, we can only accept returns that are unused and in their original packaging.
How do I get started?
Our starter kit includes everything you need: BOND.MASCARA, tweezers and lashes. With this kit, you'll take your lash game to a whole new level.
How long does a pair of lashes last?
Our lashes stay on your eyes for up to 7 days without you having to remove them.
When is the best time to apply lash extensions?
We recommend applying the lash extensions in the morning so that the lash glue has time to dry throughout the day. During this time, the lashes should also not get wet.
Can I reuse the lashes?
We do not recommend reusing the lashes. After wearing them for up to a week, it is healthier and more hygienic for your own lashes to use a new pair of lashes.
Do lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
No. The health of your natural lashes is very important to us. Therefore, we do not use aggressive lash glue. For example, you can gently remove our glue with coconut oil without tearing off or damaging your own lashes. Feel free to also use a lash serum for extra care.
How do I care for my natural lashes?
Give your natural lashes a little break now and then and apply some coconut oil overnight with a lash brush. You can also use a lash serum, which you apply like eyeliner. This also provides additional care. You can find many tips and tricks here in our blog and on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
How do I care for my lash extensions?
Your lash extensions do not require any special care. You can simply comb them briefly with a lash brush/spoolie in the morning after waking up. For hygienic reasons, we recommend not wearing the lash extensions for longer than one week to avoid affecting lash growth.
Are the lashes easy to apply?
Yes! But like anything important in life, it takes some practice. Once you get used to the application technique for the lower lashes and handling the tweezers, it's very easy!

Can I use lash extensions if I wear contact lenses?
Even if you wear contact lenses, you can easily apply and use the lash extensions. Our BOND.MASCARA is non-irritating to the eyes and does not produce burning fumes. Many of our customers wear contact lenses and get along very well with the lashes.
Are the lash extensions waterproof?
Cold water is no problem. However, you should be a little careful with warm water. After the lashes get wet, simply let them air dry and then press them together again with the applicator or your fingers.
